They are persons who wish to participate voluntarily in the action of Alouette Foundation and want to help on the field in the Philippines the team of Bernard Pierquin. Bernard examines every candidacy then entrusts to the successful applicant – “the Volunteer” – a particular mission for a definite duration (from 2 m to several months)

The Traineestop
These are students who must complete an internship with an organization of international solidarity, as part of a contract between an association and a university or training organization. As before, each application is reviewed by B. Pierquin which sets a particular mission to the intern accepted into the team.See Training contract

- Volunteers in 2002
- A few young people from the first group of voluntary workers from Bagnolet wished to return to the Philippines to see how the project was developing. They were joined by a group of women from the neighborhood. Virginie, Sakiha, Emile, Tayeb and Saïd transformed the nursery school by decorating the walls. They also exchanged French and North African cooking recipes with recipes from the Philippines.

- Renovating the Day Care Center in Malibay (team of 6 workers from Bagnolet: Cheikh, Kamel, Pascal, Sergio, Karim and Kader, supervised by Saïd)
- Requesting French companies based in the Philippines for computer equipment. Study on exporting the products of the Samoki weavers. (2 months – Régis).

- Market research on the opening of a small store to sell the products of the Samoki weavers (3 months – Sandrine).
Welcoming volunteerstop
Volunteers will be welcomed in Manila, in the Malibay district (Pasay City), where the foundation is located. Accommodation is provided for volunteers, who will be asked to participate towards costs. The costs of the flight and food are at the volunteers’ expense.

We receive many applications from volunteers and can only accept those people who will be of real use to the Foundation. It is important to be competent in a precise domain. It is also important to come for the right reasons. Think it over.
